Anti bullying week - Odd socks - 16th - 20th Nov 2020
ABA (Anti Bullying Alliance) are official organisers of Anti-Bullying Week. Anti-Bullying Week 2020 will take place from Monday 16th November - Friday 20th November 2020. The theme is United Against Bullying.
Next week in school in every year group we will be covering aspects of bullying in classes and assemblies, including looking at home we can be safe online.
On Monday we are taking part in Odd Socks Day to raise awareness of bullying. It is designed to be fun! We are not asking for a donation this year, just asking you all to take part. It’s an opportunity to encourage people to express themselves and celebrate their individuality and what makes us all unique!
Odd Socks day takes place on the first day of Anti Bullying Week each year to help raise awareness of bullying.
Remembrance Day 11 November 2020
Our children took part in Wear it Red for Remembrance Day on Wednesday, raising money for Poppy Appeal. They dressed in red, made some poppy art and reflected on the meaning of Remembrance Day.
